I also remember fondly of someone who posted a "praise the sun" pictograph macro into chat before a raid, something about "jolly co-operation". That was nice too.

Number one rule to having fun raiding - even if you have to kick someone for not pulling their weight be NICE about it and not a jerk. NEVER be a jerk. Being a jerk kills all the fun and without fun why are you even playing the game let alone raiding in it?
