Package lost on SE server

Hello i lag pass few weeks on ff14 so i decided to do my research with isp & stuff when i suddenly i run winMTR noticed it wasnt me it was servers of NA.I remember yoshi sayd they will be no package lost on new server even you re on east coast.Im okay with latency but not lags.

I do not think it is just you. I ran a similar test by measuring the data transmission between my network, my ISP, and the Game Server. The data becomes lost between the server and the ISP. This issue started up from the last patch and I already reported my finding to support. (Don't think anything will ever come of it until it becomes a big enough problem.)

i think main issue 204.2.229.234 of routing or defects plugs & stuff because.I am sure it main router of server while Primal/Aether (aka 204.2.229.10/.9) are subdivision. Subdivision is doing fine WHILE main doesn't because of something.they might need to recheck what went wrong to be honest.

Because right now it looks same issues back when montreal was main server for NA west coast are complaining about.I just hope they bring a better server next time with east/west coast in mind.

ppl complaints about odin crash server back in days but guess what Ixion is same tbh only difference are they add instance so they wont crash server on California.

I've also been in contact with SE support for the passed week or so and we've tried a lot of things to help resolve my issue with lag since the last patch. But unfortunately all the things I have done have had no effect. Still getting packet loss and/or delayed packets frequently along with error 90006 if my game stops for long enough.

And of course I've contacted my ISP to see if they can do anything to help, but it seems out of their hands. At least that's the response I got from them and I'm somewhat inclined to believe it, since before patch 4.06a I was absolutely fine but then they have this "infrastructure maintenance" during patch 4.06a and afterwards my connection to the game has been awful.

Infrastructure maintenance is for servers. SE themselves don't handle any routing beyond connecting to an external ISP.

Oh I know it's for servers. To be honest, I think most are just tired of hearing nothing. A simple response, even just a "We're still working on resolving issues players have." would go a long way.
