    Savage Loot Restriction Needs to Be Removed.

    The loot restriction in savage is ruining the content. It is already depressing enough to roll against people in your group that also uses the same gear. On top of that, you get nothing for the rest of the week except a token. To me, this brings discouragement instead of motivation to do savage content. Also, people with weekly clear are trolling with groups that wanted two chest (which makes it worse). The loot restriction brings nothing but negativity to savage content. We clear savage content once a week and call it because you aren't even allow to roll for that single chest. It does not feel rewarding at all. I don't get it at all. If people are capable of clear savage content consistently, why can't we farm the loot consistently like we do in extreme primal? I don't care about those ilvl tbh. I care about the feeling when you get something for your effort. Yet, those who under-perform seem to have all the luck in the world. (Sounded salty I'm sorry, week after weeks of nothing is demoralizing.)

    What's worst is the token system. I suppose it is there to tell you to, "Hang in there. You will get loot after a month or two LOL." This is kind of insulting. So if I have the worst luck in the whole universe, I wait for a month to get a single accessory or belt in delta 1.0S and wait one and half month to choose from shoes, gloves, or head gear in 2.0S, and two months for 3.0S/4.0S, etc. If you cannot loot anything but a token every week, how many months does it take to get a full set of savage gear?Simply put, it takes too long.

    So I clear once a week to get nothing but an insulting token that takes hellish long to get a single piece of gear. How is this rewarding? How is this fun? Once it's done we just all go back to do usual things or even just not play anymore for some people. This is probably the most boring content in the game to me. Even in normal mode I can have a goal to collect the piece I need.

    It was fun when I clear for the first time for that accomplishment, and then the following weeks are nothing but empty feelings inside. We can do every other contents repeatedly, but why do we have to get penalize for doing savage content repeatedly if we are capable? Even in extreme primal we can work towards the loot we want with a set of pace. In savage, all we can do is wait, wait, and wait. (and maybe pray)

    TLDR; I don't win loot so farming the raid tier should be finished in week 1.

    Same discussion in every single raid tier.

    And to prevent lost chests till SE finally get it done to bring a notification: Select "clear" instead of "practise" in raidfinder! It will fail to start if someone have a lockout.

    Once I clear on Tuesday there is no more reason for me to log back in.

    You log in every week though. If there was no savage lockout you would have stopped already because you'd have everything.

    I mostly just find it unfair that it's possible to set up a party in such a way that all the dps are guarenteed to be able to "need" on any upgrade pieces that drop for them (outside of accs, of which there are only three subsets), but tanks and healers can never do that. I mean in a static it's not a problem but it's a bit depressing when you pug because losing, say, the tank headpiece one week doesn't guarentee that you'll get it the next time it drops like it does in a static.

    Yeah...no. they're not going to change the way the savage drops work. Be grateful they added the page system. Back during Coil if you didn't get anything from those chests you had to wait until the next week.

    If you're not already running with a trustworthy group to avoid the single chest trolls (who should be reported for griefing), then you may want to consider forming one.

    The balance would a system similar to the Normal, gear is locked after you have received your clear for the week.

    The drop amounts are always the same (always 2 chests) but once you have a clear for that week, you cannot roll on anything. It should also auto-pass for those players with clears to prevent non-rolling trolling.
    This removes chest trolls, keeps the gear lockout integrity and allows for more people to get their clears each week because PUGs would not have always wait for people without clears to join.

    I personally cannot commit the static due to RL but I have many FC/friends which are more than willing to clear with me after they have gotten their clears with their statics each week.
    I would love to a system which allows me to clear with them and still have a chance at a piece of gear.

    It's been so long since they made these changes, but what happened before if, say you cleared turn 4 and tried to go back and help someone in turn 2, it wouldn't even let you in right? I can't remember

    Either way, IIRC they did this loot restriction in order to help prevent people selling runs. As it stands groups would have to sacrifice their own drops to sell a run (not sure if any runs are even being sold yet, but they will eventually I'm sure) instead of just have 2 drops after 2 drops after 2 drops.. So you see how that could be an issue? Not saying it's right or wrong just trying to help clarify why it is the way it is.
