POTD Queue

Hi,

How long is the average queue time for POTD?
I heard POTD should have shorter queue time because of no class restriction. But I guess the bigger restriction is number of people queuing for the same floor?
I'm on Typhon and queuing time for POTD varies quite a lot depends on luck

Usually a queue doesn't take more then a couple of minutes in my experience

Usually if I'm queueing like REALLY early in the morning when the rest of the US is asleep, it'll take a little bit but still only a few minutes

It highly depends on which floor you are queuing for. 51-60 is the go to floor for levelling so it pops pretty fast there.

As much as I want to do my levelling on 51-60 (it's already unlocked coz I was carried by teammates with strong gears), my aetherpool gear is not strong enough yet. That's why I want to grind 1-40/50 first to upgrade gear, but every run people just want to go as fast as possible without exploring the whole floor. So many chances to upgrade gear were missed

You only need 12/12 to enter 51-60. Once you're there it's smooth sailing. Also it's more efficient to only grab chests along the way. Overall it's more Blues over time.

That being said, if you have RDM unlocked, soloing the first floors is easy enough that you can explore every room and farm aetherpool at your own pace

All jobs are viable and just as fast for the first set of floors, RDM doesn't add a whole lot.

I tried floor 51-60 with around +35 gear. The mob hits hard lol.
I'm now at 40+ gear, but I figure it won't make much diff still.
With this gear level, won't I just be a liability to the team when playing in 51-60?

If anybody gives you crap for having low Aetherpool, then you're better off not being in the party with them. Yes mobs are going to hit hard, yes you might hit like a wet noodle, but people really won't care most times. You'll hit 60/60 quickly enough that it won't matter much in the long run
