    They gave the Maelstrom gloves away to every level 50 character (RDM starter gear) so there's always a chance that they'll release more old hunt glamour stuff to everyone eventually. I'm in the same boat. Love that set, don't want to leave Maelstrom.

    It's not dye-able either, mind, which is a major bummer since nothing quite matches that purple/pink shade. Maybe someday they'll reuse the model somewhere, or give us an upgrade for it that IS...

    It's bought with Allied Seals, so you could farm the seals now by doing the GC hunt board stuff and lv50 A/S Rank hunts.

    Though I would personally love it if they moved those to the GC Seal vendors because farming up several thousand Allied Seals for glam gear is ridiculous at this point in the game.
