my personal wish would be

1 dps blu mage - majority of the class design straight from ffxi...yup copy paste please.

2 bst - improve pet ui and pet responsiveness and movement speed significantly. Also ENSURE there are moves for pet to obtain and maintain insta and complete aggro are in place and are especially effective if pet dies and is raised again.....soooooooo use "growl" from wow or snarl fom ffxi just make it actually effective unlike our current smn loltitantankwhatajoke.

**also pet needs to continue fighting if the master dies.. until it is legit killed not just vanish. and need a powerful heal for any pet or item to be used etc.

3 ranger- all out ranger please. no querky , sluggish and clunky mch and def not comparable to a bard in here lol omg se O.o

A viking tank job with a hammer and a shield. Full-on blunt damage and some thunder visual effects on abilities to make it a bit flashy like other tanks are. Something that would make you feel like Thor. I'd love that. It could also use its shield for more offensive purpose unlike PLD.

I'd also like to see a bo staff job as either a tank or a DPS. Again, full-on blunt damage with some nice martial arts moves, maybe mixing in some kicks and flips while fighting with the staff.

As for healers, I don't have a lot of inspiration but Dancer or some kind of Necromancer would be fun. Chemist too. They could also use the Performer from Bravely Default which could both sing and dance for its abilities and spells. Some kind of martial arts based healer would be nice as well, using their bare hands to heal people with Chi and having a melee DPS combo and maybe some kind of Hadouken ranged move. Of course the healing wouldn't require to be at melee range of your allies, even if it's with their hands.

I think puppeteer could be a job that could be tank and you switch between which equipment the puppet would able use

with beast master could be dps.

my belief that SE should introduce 1 to 2 job for ffxi and one complete new jobs that come straight for ffxiv

Beastmaster axe and shield tank or pseudo-dps (OT?), depending on what pet they have summoned. BST takes on aspects of the pet, and the pet gets stats proportional to the character.
They would definitely need to fix summoner as a pet job as well to make it work, though.
