Have a word with yourself OP! I've no doubt this is a legitimate issue for you but if it's that bad MMO's are not for you my friend.
Run for the hills. Nothing but numbers and chaos here.

That’s a bit harsh don’t you think? I’ve met lots of people online with all different types of problems. I have social interaction problems and could possibly have autism - should I stop playing a game I love just because I find it difficult to socialise? If you can reset retainers levels and at one point when it was applicable you could reset your attributes, why not be able to reset your character level as well? Judging from the responses on this thread the OP is not the only one with this issue, are you saying they should stop playing too because mmos aren’t for them either?

Yes, perhaps a bit too bad-cop. Should you or the OP stop playing? My point is you really have to decide that yourselves - I'm just pointing to the futility of playing a game you know runs counter to what you like and enjoy. That’s a bit harsh don’t you think? Personally, anyone who has any type of problem, and comes on here asking for advice or just generally querying something as the OP did, shouldn’t be faced with ridicule or told that their decision to play a game is futile. They should be supported and offered encouragement. For me, if I’d decided to let my social interactions dictate what I do, I would never have gained the little confidence I do have when it comes to interacting in a social environment. It’s thanks to online gaming and the support of the friends I’ve made through said gaming - I turned what you called futile into something positive - as I’m sure the OP can do with the support of the community and their friends...
