Thread: "An Interface Lift"! Preview a number of adjustments coming to the UI in 4.1!

Ooooh! minion+chocobo, Jesus, they went ham on the QoL adjustments for 4.1. You can also see more debuffs on the party list, along with your bird's remaining time. I'm kind of curious about the simplified version of the PF. Overall, I like the changes and I'm looking forward to the unmentioned UI changes.

But other than that, QoL improvements are always nice. I hope we'll be able to toggle off the job gauges.

Hope the duty action button combo still works. Cos I really don't wanna have something that situational sitting on hotbars because it'll end up tucked away somewhere I can't remember when I need to press it quickly.

Finally, I can enjoy my minions and chocobo at the same time! Yay!

I'm hoping this mass UI overhaul fixes some issues brought up with the new gauge system, like party Astro cards/buffs on hold and the like.

Wow! These are all useful things I was hoping they'd eventually add. Good going!

They are also adding the option to turn the L2/R2+R3 combo on or off if you want.

Will we finally be able to lock the chat window so I don't accidentally drag tabs if I happen to hold the mouse button down a fraction of a second too long when clicking them?

Now if only they would allow me to color code linkshells. It would be so much easier to follow along with different linkshell chats if they weren't all just green. Kind of hoping this is one of the changes, but not holding my breath. ^^;
