Thread: Housing layout advice, cap 40/40 problems (Flower pedals count as 1 slot???)

I do not know if 2 sets of trees really look better then one set, but if they do, i am limited to 3 flower pedal patches. Because of this limitation I spread them out as you see here to try make an illsion feel that nothing is "missing" I also was working to try to hide the cage eye sore so I can get the pretty fireflies around them.

Any tips to the layout ? like it? any comments?

I was infatuated by the Eastern Cherry Petal Piles and I would have placed one under every Eastern Cherry Tree I own but after much thinking I ultimately decided they are not worth much when they take a slot that could be used by something else so I removed them, even though I have dozens of them I will never make use of a single one while SE does not increase the max capacity!...

I find the petals a little too condensed for my liking and would prefer to add more shrubbery/trees/rocks, but I think what you have there looks perfectly fine.

would love more slots to hide the cages with rocks or something, but I got some help and gave the bridge some breathing room.

only issues I have with this is that it might be a bit close to the wall and wondering if I should settle on having a pair and not 2 pairs
