So i am confused on what to do in those situations unless people are telling me to eat the less optional situation.
so if say you have more than 30 of black magic and the verfire proc is up, you have a couple of options. You can either just use jolt and then dualcast veraero and then back to verfire, use impact if it is up and dual cast veraero, then back to verfire (verfire & verstone have a 20 second timer) or if you have it on your hot bar use quickcast + veraero then back to verfire. doing this will jump your white magic up so that when you use verfire you won't exceed the 30pt limit. If you have acceleration up then you should definity use that before casting veraero or verthunder as it will instantly proc verstone or verfire.

if both Verfire and Verstone are up and you are concerned with getting unbalanced then I suggest you use verfire>verthunder>verstone>vaero or similar combination this will keep you balanced and if verfire doesn't proc after verthunder use acceleration before you use veraero so you can then go back to verstone>verthunder rotation of switching between black and white mana. If nothing procs then if Impact is up use that then pick either veraero or verthunder. Below is a good little chart to help with the rotation as a whole:
