If you have procs for both verfire and verstone, just verfire > verthunder or verstone > veraero. Alternating your white/black in each cast pairing is nice but you don't have to do that. You have to get pretty far ahead with one type of mana to get smacked with the generation penalty, so as long as you're not repeatedly doing the same exact combo over and over you shouldn't run into many problems there.
