An official place of mourning

I'm going to admit that this is an extremely selfish request. But honestly I need to say it. We need a place of mourning in this game. We all have irl tragedies hit us and some of us mourn in game. But sometimes a small ruined graveyard in a desert wasteland doesn't cut it....

We need a real place in game that we can go...

I don't think the OP specifically mentioned any particular event, so this is just you reading into it.

This is a game where you dont put reality in it. Its sad to hear people lose their friends,family and close ones. But a game doesnt have a place like you mentioned. Not only resources and money but a request like this is odd.

Technically not his grave, it's just a headstone to serve as a memorial. Haurchefant's body is actually entombed in Ishgard amongst members of the High Houses.

In short OP, there are plenty of places that would be suitable for mourning if you just pry into the lore a little bit, go for it.
But the majority come to Eorzea to have fun and escape the inconveniences of reality, lets leave them out of the fantasy world.

The MSQ even takes us to that place. You can do your mourning there. Otherwise, I am sure you can find a secluded corner out of the way.
