1. Abruptly disconnected during an instanced dungeon
2. Tried to log back in and got "connection with server was lost 10105" error on loading screen
3. Contacted GM on an alt, was told to call customer support center
4. Called customer support center and was told I needed GM/Dev intervention to log my character out manually
5. Posted to bug report forums and waited...
6. Thread was moved to resolved issues and i still can't log in on my main
7. Was told to restart my modem by GM/Dev, did that MULTIPLE times over the past weeks, just did it again
8. Still can't log in
