    Cant Log in with specific character "connection with server was lost 10105"

    Steps:
    1. I was running the dungeon Bardams mettle via duty finder and was abruptly disconnected.
    2. Attempted to log back in and got the message "connection with server was lost 10105" this has been happening for 6 days straight
    3. Opened GM ticket in game on an alternate character and was told to contact customer support center
    4. Contacted customer support center and was told I needed GM/Dev intervention because the server thinks my character is still logged in
