(That's 2 seconds). The packet loss, or rather, delayed packets because this game uses TCP was a bigger issue. Like seeing sending/receiving going 0 or having everything freeze only to get delivered in a burst and find out what mechanics hit me because the animations were delayed on their way to my client.
That is my game experience right now after the last patch lol.
