Except the dungeon gear wasn't designed by the dev team. It was a gear design contest winner.

Also "aesthetically pleasing" is a matter of opinion.

I'd say overall the SB gear has been a breath of fresh air. That doesn't mean everything has been to my taste, but there are some very nice gearsets to be had. I think back to HW and frankly it was mostly crap.

I agree that the raid gear looks bad, if I wanted to look like a samurai, I would play samurai... As for the dungeon gear, I think it looks awesome.

I'd take both over the hellfire tank gear (lore tomestone) any day though

I don't think its that horrible at least they did not fail in implementing the "eastern" touch in raid armors. AF gear looks great maybe except the warrior one which i find rather ugly. I for one, being a glamour freak, can't find a better armor for my warrior than the garo gear.

I think they mentioned some further glamour changes in 4.1 but we'll just have to wait.

I mean....it's pretty horrible raid gear. I can't think of anyone I know that doesn't glamour over it.

I'm more or less dissapointed in the size of the SCH/SMN books. Cmon now, it's the highest item level in the game right now, it should be BIG and SHINY..

Please don't fire them. Especially not to fit some constantly-moving idea of 'good aesthetics' which are entirely subjective to begin with.
