When dps dont aoe should they just get kicked from the start?

I dont understand how anyone can argue wit this, if i kill two adds with my single target dps that means the other people killed 10, so am I suppose to feel like Im actually being a team player doing this, it has nothing to do wit top tier dps nothing at all.

I would take this a step further, even.

If person A is AoEing and person B is single targeting, person B is doing 0 DPS. It doesn't matter that he killed one or two mobs. He could stand there and do nothing, and person A's AoEs would still kill have killed those mobs too.

One could even argue that person B would be doing negative DPS, because if one person is single targeting, the other person is more likely to run out of resource.
