I only kick people if theyre a toxic idiot or if they make it impossible to finish the dungeon. like a healer that dies on every boss cause they refuse to move out of aoe or such poor dps that we can't make it. then still im pretty patient. you cant expect anything more than that in a dutyfinder.

in a PF clear group tho you can be a lot more strict. but try to give some constructive feedback and stay relaxed. if they are really to dumb to learn then just remove them without being a toxic idiot about it. those people arent worth your time.
