No. If they report you for kicking them because they didn't play like how you wanted them to can cause you to get banned. Also I'm tired of using aoe on my smn and tank doesn't hold the agro and then die because of not being healed.

it's so much easier to Netflix and AOE because you don't have to switch targets as often and the rotations are simpler.

My feelings on it are , if u cant put ur own ego down and always put yourself above everyone else , then you need to rethink on how to actually get along wiht other individuals who dont share the same view as you in how to play a "game" , and instead of raging try to get along with others, without sarcastic/demotivating comments. XD

I'd prefer if I pull more than 3 mobs in a dungeon that my DPS do AoE. If I notice them not doing so, I would usually ask nicely if they could AoE packs down and explain why it's better than single target. (However most players are like zombies and don't even respond to a "Hiya", at that point I wouldn't say anything at all and just go with the flow)
If things start to go sour when NICELY asked, such as harrasement, name calling and the like, then sure, vote kick away. Thats someone I wouldn't want to party with anyway, good play or not.
In DF, you do the best you can to inform other players they proper way to handle certain situations. Then its completely up to them if they want to take advantage of the advice given. If they do, nice xD
If they don't however, thats fine too. I won't kick them, I will just adjust. That doesn't mean that other players will be quite so forgiving later on down the line and thats something they should be aware of as well.
HOWEVER, if your in someones PF thats asking for quick runs, you better AoE packs down or stay out of said persons party.

If you are that horny to get out of the dungeon maybe you need a new game.
Dragoon here when I'm not on a Whm and we don't do AoE but you will see why we are around when a Dragoon unloads on a boss and it looks like a mini limit break.
I'm pretty sure I'm being trolled but screw it, there is your moment I guess..

Yes, I'm sure that if you're not good enough to know that aoe is infinitely better for *every* dps in trash pulls, you're good enough to do a "mini limit break" on a boss. Maybe if you're not willing to do your job in a team based game, you need to find a new game.If you are that horny to get out of the dungeon maybe you need a new game.

Signing up to do a group activity in which other people rely on your input and interaction to be able to do and complete said activity and then not paying attention and only marginally engaging because you are too busy doing something else by yourself is egotistical and putting yourself above everybody else in the group and somebody that does such should really rethink what it means to volunteer to engage in a group activity and what it means to get along with others. My feelings on it are , if u cant put ur own ego down and always put yourself above everyone else , then you need to rethink on how to actually get along wiht other individuals who dont share the same view as you in how to play a "game" , and instead of raging try to get along with others, without sarcastic/demotivating comments. Doing what you want with no consideration to it's negative effect on others is just plain selfish.
