Weird question.. blacklisting, etc

I've been told by a GM that blacklisting someone prevents you from being matched with them in Duty Finder.

I can confirm that blacklisting does not prevent you from getting matched with them in DF. I've had people on my blacklist end up in DF with me more than once before. I just ignore it and do the DF usually since I cannot see anything they say anyway I just /shrug
