GMT+8 DRG LF MC-HC static. Willing to swap classes if you are willing to help me gear them. Cross world ok.

Goal : Optimization of fights & preparation for 4.1 ultimate trials.
Ideal : Group that doesn’t spend too much time raiding, cause we’re good, not a so called HC group that raids many many hours a week cause they can’t get through stuff.

Schedule : Most nights free, 8pm onwards. GMT+8. Friday free, weekends free.

About : Started ffxiv 3 months back,started HW when SB was released. Currently a student. Got to lvl70 2 weeks later than everyone so i'm behind on gear. Currently cleared o1s-o4s with pugs. Currently i335 cause o1s fucks me every week. Never had any drop from there since week 2.

Why me :
1) Full commitment to raiding. Never late, never absent without good reason and warnings. Flexible with timings.
2) DPS. Although i don’t have logs to show for it..YET, i'm confident that i can be a 90th+ DRG. Currently hovering around 75-80th. Comparing to the top drgs, buff alignment, cpm, uptime are all there. If not, i'm always willing to push myself to get the extra gcds etc off, watch vids, improve. My ultimate goal is to be 95th+ non-catered.
3) Willing to improve. I also do alot of self pugging etc. I normally practice alot by myself, i hate being the one that hinders the group.
4) Personality. I don't really talk much, but tend to be a chill person in general. No blaming, and no salt, but i can be quite blunt if you ask for it.

What i want from you :
1) A good leader. I’m not a leader, i can’t make hard decisions. If someone needs pushing, or is hindering everyone else, the leader needs to be thicc enough to do the job.
2) Good ping/stable connection. I hate it when people are dying all over because of lag. I don’t blame you for the lag, but you are hindering everyone else nonetheless.
3) Willing to improve. When i say this i don’t mean improving during raid, i mean improving yourself outside of raid esp if you think its a problem. There is never an ending point, even 90+ people want to improve, thats why they are 90+.

thanks for reading, this probably comes off a elitist, but in reality i just want a group that can clear content fast and efficiently. everyone has their own lives and things to do, would rather not waste time on backwards progression everyweek.
