[Forgotten Promise?] Where is our flying Sleipnir?

I know Odins storyline has not been resolved yet. But where is flying Sleipnir? as a cash shop item, shouldnt it be fixed by now?
If i remember right, before 4.0 launch, i heard a mention during one of the SB LLs that we would get it on 4.0. We're getting into 4.1 and nothing about it yet.

Any updates to share about this?

That would be nice, right now it's just Kirin who is supposed to fly. I'd be very happy if the others did also.

I am curious why it has not been able to fly yet as well.

People say the excuse "Because it is optional mount for extra cash" but in FF games Sleipnir has always been able to fly even in the mythos that Sleipnir is based on.

I'm waiting on them to add that so that I will not feel like I wasted my money on it if I were to buy it. It's coming though I promise kinda like the Egi-Glamour, or perhaps they only intended it to be carbies only...

I have it since launch. and this is like my 3rd time posting this ever since 3.0 launch. Sleipnir has been my fav mount ever since it was released alongside the Mog Station Casho Shop(i bought it as soon as it became available).

Everytime i see this discussion, i see ppl using arguements like: "You bought it on 2.0, where flight wasnt available, so your money wasnt worthless". But 24 bucks on A MOUNT in an MMO is really supposed to be content locked?(no matter what you say, not being able to fly is literally locking it). How many times will i see this discussion disappear into the mists? Can i please get a dev response on any timeframe for making every single person that ever spent U$24,00 on this mount not feeling like they literally spent their precious money on timed content?
