All the SB leveling dungeons are good for big pulls, except maybe the 69 one. I did big pulls in Sirensong on day 1 and the majority of runs I've done there on other roles have has big pulls. It's not challenging or risky, and all the gating means you can't actually pull too much.

SE has already added a ton of gating since 2.0. We really don't need more obnoxious mechanics designed to slow down the game.
