it will encourage others player to the same, if they can get limited reward by cheating.
It should not be that hard to remove him from top 100 SE.
If wintrader stay in top100 :
1] they will do it in every season
2] others players will do the same.
3] it punish the others players

Kind of sad nothing is done about the others despite the amount of people reporting them. Sigh

You can downright tell these people are trying to que against each other to throw games, why don't you take a peak at how often they withdraw games? How about you look when they accept and see who they get and see they always win?

It is utterly sad SE can't see the obvious crap they do to wintrade.

Wintrading and cheating are the Mainreasons i stoped playing Rated. I also dont like the new PvP System but if at least the Gamemode would be Fair.. that would be a start. Lets be honest. The Whole Wintrading and Cheating Stuff exploded starting Season 3 Cause people noticed that none of those unfair behaviours seemed to get punished the first 2 Seasons.

Yes it might be difficult to sort real Wintraders or cheaters out. But if a Healer runs towards the enemy in a straight line and gets killed multiple times while not healing a single bit.... you gotta admit thats more than weird.

I remember once in AION, i reported 27 People for abusing a Bug to get into an allied Fortress without having to destroy the gate (I recorded it OFC). All of them got banned for 7 Days. (I know this because the Forum was full of complains from those people).

Why is Videomaterial not enough in FFXIV? Do the Devs really think we put in the time and effort to "make up" A Situation like this?

I pointed out the fact that it's also a violation to make a false report on someone - which IF someone were to go well out of their way to edit a video to falsely report someone would be just that. Therefore, either the person submitting the video is a liar getting themselves in trouble, OR, their footage is legit and worthy of review.

It's sad that SE makes no real attempt to review such things and instead defaults to considering screenshots or video to be potentially edited and thus, invalid.

Why is Videomaterial not enough in FFXIV?

TBH, we don't even need to provide it, just time and date and where needs be sufficient for investigation, all that happens in a pvp match must be recorded and saved server side. In games 10+-years-old as GW we were able to see recorded pvp battles in 8v8 and 4v4 so I expect this can be done.

As we are in the final week of the current feast season, there are many players win-trading right now. We implore the SE GM team to be more vigilant of the higher ranked feast matches, there are several withdraws prior to matches and while players aren't using the disconnect method, there are healers who are intentionally throwing matches by barely healing.

You can also see that some of these players are almost only versus the person they are win-trading with, the frequency should be high as they withdraw if they do not get a queue pop together. Thank you!

Nothing is really going to stop the really smart win-traders, especially the ones with the extra time and money who own over 10 plus accounts or pay actual people to play the account and win-trade. Not to mention more than likely spent all the free time they have making sure to use separate payment methods each using a separate IP connection under separate identities.

These are people who , in the casino industry, you would call a whale. The client will walk in and buy out all the hands and a poker table just because they like to win. Not because they like a challenge, not because its competitive, it is simply because they can. I know for certain that if one of these whales REALLY wanted to be at the very top of the top 100, they would be and there is nothing that could be done about it. Being the world that we live in IRL, I don't understand how people can't grasp how something like this happens when it happens all the time in our society with over privileged people.

No one is talking about whales. That's an extreme comparison that probably doesn't apply to 90% of the win-traders. Even if it was the case, in your own example the casino has a way of identifying that type of person, often enough to give them a code name. If the casino thought that the whale violated their policy, the they would eject them.

Well the top 100 is a small amount of people, so that "whale" would be that person who is using a dozen accounts and money to achieve the goal in question. How is that not equatable to a casino's whale? They only difference I see is the most notorious traders know how to get around the proof required to target and deal with them.
