Astro and Scholar Job Gauges

I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet but it would be really helpful if the Job Gauges for both Scholar and Astro alerted you to the fact that Aetherflow and Draw respectively were off cool down and ready to use again by having the entire Gauge start steadily flashing. This way the Job Gauge would be an easy reminder to use both techniques as soon as possible. This would really help newer players build good habits and even veteran players in tense combat scenarios who might be too busy to notice the button icon.

I don't personally have difficulty seeing the icons but since the Job Gauges for these classes revolve around using Draw and Aetherflow quickly it seemed natural to have the recast timers built into the Job Gauge related to their use. Our eyes frequent the gauge regularly so it would be a nice and simple benefit.

Actually, this could be a nice QoL improvement for players new to those Jobs. Nothing obnoxious, just a gentle pulse.

Somewhat related: restateing my desire for a Fairy Gayge redesign. Or even just a recolor. Currently when you activate Fey Union, the indicator is that the detailing on the gauge turn from green, to... slightly brighter green. I've basically gotten to the point that I have to check the skill button itself to see if FU successfully activated, because the element on the gauge that's supposed to tell us is useless if you aren't watching it when it actually changes.
