Using AST's Expand in Light Party Duties

You reward better performing players with the cards - There is no pressure on them if you do - I wager it will be quite the opposite, and they really to get to shred through the trash better, giving you faster clear times.
I never heard of drama about cards, nor did I ever witnessed it on my own so I assume that's just anxiety coming from yourself.

Personal anxiety is definitely a part of it. I've talked with PUGs on card usage and personal tastes on a job per job basis to try to find some sort of happy medium, and I do feel trying to spread everything resulted from "well, this isn't going to hurt anyone and everyone gets buffed."

In the end I came to the conclusion that I'd rather contribute to overall DPS by just DPSing. XD That's rather counter-intuitive to the AST kit, so I jumped back on SCH at SB's launch. Currently leveling WHM.

But if you are looking for an explanation as to why so much spread happens in 4-mans, nerves is my answer

I take it this only happen mostly in west server? From where i play (tonberry) i never get this "behavior" of sort.

Once i give defense card to dps by accident but, the guy keep getting hit by aoe and aggro pull so he give me /thumbsup emote instead, he probably think i try to help him lol.
