I wonder if they could have the PI buff decay. So you get two stacks, the timer runs out, but instead of the buff dropping it just reduces the stack counter by 1 and resets the timer. I dunno if they could do that because I imagine if they could they would've done it with Greased Lightning but it's a thought.

They do a similar thing with Embolden where it starts at 5 stacks and drops to 0 over time.
