Graphic glitch on Falcon mount

Date & Time: Sunday, September 17 several times during the day and pretty much every day since the Falcon was received.
Frequency: every time I ride the Falcon mount through South Shroud

Area and coordinates: South Shroud on ramps leading up to elevated platform where the Tranquil Aetheryte is.
Housing: None
Steps:
1. Mount the Falcon Mount
2. Ride the mount through the South Shroud from Eastern Thanalan to Central Shroud (or the other way around)
3. Watch what happens as you ascend the ramps leading to the elevated platform where the Tranquil Aetheryte is located

The camera seems to move right into the decking of the ramps. I can not see my character, or anything else around the ramps. It appears to just be the decking of the ramps very much up close. the problem stops and camera returns to normal view if I just simply stop. It will do it again when I continue up if there is enough ramp yet to go up. It happens on the steeper upgrade portion of the ramps. It only happens when going up, not coming down.

My character is a Lalafell. It has both of the mount speed enhancements for South Shroud (and every where else too).

It only happens on the Falcon. It does not happen on a company chocobo. It does not happen on a witch's broom. (Those are the only mounts I have tried)

I have also tried this on some other characters I have.

It also happened on a Lalafell that did not have either mount speed enhancement (original mount speed).

It DID NOT happen on a Hyur (also at original mount speed).

It may also happen in other locations, but the ramps leading up to the Tranquil Aetheryte in South Shroud seem to be the worst occurrance I have found.

It would appear this problem only occurs with a Lalafell on a Falcon mount.

This problem also occurs on a second PC client. In addition the problem also occurs on a Playstation 4 (using the same character noted above). so I do not believe it to be an issue with my specific copy of the client.
