Increasing xp gained by dps classes in leveling dungeons

I still think if more DPS players actually roll healers or tanks it wouldn't be terrible. Do you remember during that period in HW where DPS queues were almost instant because so many were leveling DRK and AST?

And do you remember how it looked like after roughly 3 months?
Oh - Tanks and healers are the AIN again in all roulette duties.
