Increasing xp gained by dps classes in leveling dungeons

Tank and healers have fast queue and Cluster.
Dps could get a little +10% xp.

It's absolutely fair.

Faster queue is just a result of having less people in the queue, not something given to a specific role. The Cluster is not given to tanks and healers because of their roles, but given to the role with a shortage in supply.

Hence, to be aboslutely fair, that +10% EXP needs to be given to the role with the longest queue, meaning that when there's a shortage of DPS, then the DPS gets the fast queue and the Cluster, while the tank or the healer, whichever has more people queueing, gets the +10% EXP.

Now that is fair.

Whether it would actually help with the long queues, is another matter altogether.
