As many have mentioned, soloing PotD is a great asset for leveling. Once you unlock Beast Tribe dailies and Hunt Marks those also award large amounts of XP with far less time and effort required than dungeons. I leveled my WHM from 50 to 68 relatively quickly doing Beast Tribe dailies and daily Hunt Marks combined with the large amounts of XP awarded by completing the weekly Challenge Log tasks. There are literally millions of XP available outside of dungeons if you take advantage of them. Certainly plenty of stuff to keep a person stuck in a DPS que occupied until it pops.
LOL the extra incentives to run a healer or a tank is not enough, like once I do my daily for leveling roulette, I am not going to do it again on a tank or healer. There is not enough incentive to do so. Gaining 30k-50k in 20-25 mins is a joke, should I queue extra leveling for tank for no reason other then that "extra incentive" it is not enough.

Maybe things would be better if they gave enough to do roulette more then once a day.

I think DPS being the biggest population exists in all games, and I deal with it in SB by having a friend. I started out as healer so her DPS could get fast queues, then we rotate. So I may do a healer 60-70 with her dps, then she does a tank or healer and I do a dps...

You are only 2 DPS classes short doing this, idk what we are going to do after the next 4 jobs but ya its more then enough to get the DPS I like out of the way, at any rate.

Tanks and healers don't need to join an fc to level fast. Why do dps have to?
Oh? last I checked this is a social game, I have a full 200 FL, where I have to delete someone when I meet a new person that happens to be quite interesting.
