Increasing xp gained by dps classes in leveling dungeons

FC, make friends with people who play healer and tank. We don't need preferential treatment for DPS just because there are more of you then healers and tanks.

You want faster XP then play healer or tank, you have the same opportunity to have fast ques.

And what happens if we get so many tanks and healers that dps' are a rare thing? Hm? Que times are a bad joke and things like "play healer/tank" are not helping.
