Redesign of the 3 remaining estates

Hi hi house poeple!!
Im just coming in for some suggestion In terms of estate design overall and its enviroment.
Looking at shirgone. Its design and enviroment is far fancier than 3 current estates we have. Mist is a decent looking estate, lavender is "perfect" but kinda meh. while goblet has alot of annoying walls around plots.

Looking at Shirogane
-has a town right next to the ferry and all vendor in that town
-apartment has a cute park right outside = more desirable to have a apartment compare to 3 current ones
-hidden beach and bamboo area with bridges
-also has a beach like mist
-less walls on each plots

In overall Shirogane has the best estate desogn

What i wish for the remaining estate is to have something similar to shirogane.

The goblet
Redesign the whole estate.
-less large walls on each plot.
-make vendors closer because the current one is kinda spread out.
-The brimming heart is fine but around it is little to bricky

Make it very oasis with alot of pretty cactuar. I keep in mind that rhe goblet will get a very "rome" inspired swimming arena.

Goblet has the best view of all estate.

Mist
I rlly dont see the problem with the mist. Its fine as it is but it could have a little town mext to the shore where the vendors currently are

Lavender beds
Perfect as it is! It has waterfall, bridge and stuff xd
Mayhaps add some secret forest cave or more pretty flower field with anima flying around?

Apartments
terms of design to 3 current is utturly boring compared to shirogane.
Apartements dont habe their own "garden/park" like shiro.
Shirogane has a park and town with vendors close by. In terms of all partment design i rather have shirogane because it has a park where people can go and talk or something. And it feels more fun compared to the current ones that has nothing to offer in terms of "space/free garden"

We know the Goblet (Ul'dah) will get a slight overhaul as the swimming area will be a new roman bath type area. I think if there was more Green (instead of the moss patches) and blue water instead of murkey brown it'd be an amazing plot.

It boils down to personal preference really. For me I don't like the beach in Shirogane, it looks more like a ship-wrecked shore than a beach imo. I think the onsen would look better if it's larger too. Plus this might just be me, but I keep getting the feeling that the medium/large plot seems to have a smaller yard than the other 3 estate. Though that's probably just me bad at imagining space.

For Goblet I just think the backdrop seems too empty/void. Looking forward to see how they spice things up with the new swimming area.

For Mist my biggest complaint is the lack of a proper sitting animation on the beach chair, just feel really out of place.

As for Beds... the apartment building looks like a prison from the outside. :x

Of course these are just my personal opinion. I'm hoping in the upcoming live letter we can get more pictures of how all 4 area will look like after they added swimming. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that they will do something about the beach in Shirogane...

I have to agree about the beach in Shirogane. The sand looks rather dirty and it was the one point I made a comment about to my friends. Although I don't hate the aesthetic that they went with, I just kinda wish it looked a little "cleaner". It looks like a beach but not one that you'd probably think to vacation at I guess?

But otherwise, I really love the setup in Shirogane with all the vendors in the middle and the cute park around the apartments. It definitely feels like a better design than the others. I'm curious as to how much they will change the others. I'm hoping they won't change Lavender Beds too much since I adore it as it is. But hopefully they will give the Goblet the overhaul it needs. It's always the last place anyone wants to go. Mist is well liked so I don't think they need to change much there.
