yes you could use all the spells. Problem is most didn't because they were not needed and pretty much useless. Just like 90% of bard songs.

We need access to ALL of our learned spells in battle. Currently, we can only use a limited amount of our spells at once. Magic should be separted from actions in some way. There could also be new spells added haste, slow, holy, meteor ect..
