    Eternal bound wth?

So I had a platinum bracelet, and my partner a normal one. I didn't took the quest because the chocobo wasn't appearing as reward so I had doubt after the retrograde thing the npc was talking about (which is pure bull**** honestly, stop being so money thirsty SE). We went to verify and it does appear we both need platinum, so he took one, but now it says impossible to start the quest, when we both have a platinum. Only he took the quest and he deleted it alongside his normal bracelet. So, wth?

    * In the event both you and your partner have different promise wristlets equipped, the wristlet of lesser value (standard < gold < platinum) will determine the service plan for both players when undertaking the quest The Ties that Bind.

*You can only receive one promise wristlet per application. Both you and your partner must have identical promise wristlets to undertake the quest "The Ties that Bind." You can either purchase wristlets separately, or one person can buy both and give one to his or her partner.

Fine, but who read the site before doing an EB. In game there's nothing in the dialogue going by "if one take the quest it locks for both". All it says is that the wedding is going to happen by the lesser bracelet value. Thanks SE, I see your thirst for money really is endless, I readed comment of people losing their by wanting to cancel during the quest because you have to destroy the bracelet. I don't even know which d***head had this idea in the dev team.

Every information concerning such a feature should also be given in game, like they do for the difference of bracelet. You can't expect everyone to think about going to a site reading information about it because there could potentially be a trap. But I guess SE love traps since it give them more money.

official site isn't trap. be sure when purchasing something from a website, to read the information on that site about the item you are purchasing.

The trap does not concern the site but the feature.

'cause when you buy multiple thing at the same time with the sales you don't really read all the descriptions, at least for me. I expected the in game NPC to give me all the details because that is what it should be doing. It did give me some details but not all.

"Wait, what do you mean I put together this piece of furniture wrong? I have to follow the instructions? You can't expect people to follow the instructions! I demand a refund!"
