Buy Exp scrolls with your guild marks
Simplely just trade players EXP scrolls of DoH,DoL,DoW,DoM. Each Class Selection = type of EXP scroll.

Weaver Guild Points= DoH exp scroll
MRD points= DoW exp scroll
Miner points=DoL exp scroll

Something like 5000 guild points for 1 tier1 scroll.
1000points=5000gil
Ifrit Totem= 20000points
Moogle Totem=20000points
Spirtbond+1 Buff (Lasts 3hrs)=500pts
Repair decreases rate -50% buff (Last 3hrs) 500pts
Meals Eaten +10% buff (Last 3hrs) 500pts
1000Guild Points Convert into 10 Faction Points
500Guild Points Convert into 100 seals

All good ideas. I agree with them for the most part.

Another thought that I like is what was said in an earlier post about guild specific gear items. Would love some kind of gear set for glad that is comparable to some of the other gear, doesnt need to be the best but maybe it could have something special on it like "enhances sentinel" or something.

Another idea that I really like and am praying for is for SE to turn the GC system into the Merit system. I loved the merit system of XI, it gave me a reason to go out there and xp grind for an hour or 2 for a few merits. But before this they need to fix stats cause right now I am not seeing any kind of difference in my overall effectiveness no matter how high my stats get.
