I made a few macros to help switch role actions easier. For the moment I have:
4-mans:
Rampart
Conv
Awareness
Anticipation
Provoke
General 8-man:
Rampart
Awareness
Conv
Shirk
Provoke
For v3s I've got another macro set that swaps Conv for Interject. I've considered dropping awareness here in place of Reprisal since I'm not MT and as far as I can tell the adds don't crit. But haven't yet. We haven't got to start v4s yet but I was planning on swapping Reprisal for Interject, though I'd still really like Conv since it pairs so well with TOB. Either way that's pretty much about your only choices.
You just wanna use Conv for progression, but not for actual clear runs. Healers will most likely use oGCDs to heal you and the party, as much as possible. Conv doesn't increase the healing of oGCD, unfortunately. Reprisal should be your to go skill - like... always. It's used/needed from both tanks to mitigate tank busters and raid wide AoE like Almagest, Grand Cross Alpha, Dimensional Wave, Black Holes, Meteor etc etc. Conv doesn't help your party, but just yourself.
Also, Interject is really questionable. If you've got a NIN (or MNK), you don't need it. If you've a physical range DPS, let them pick silence. Your Awareness + Reprisal is too valuable to take out for Interject!
Everything else seems about right.

Considering I've only cleared around 5 times (3 weeklies + page run help).. That's why I'm looking at changing it up now :PYou just wanna use Conv for progression, but not for actual clear runs. I don't mind doing the adds in v3s, tbh most dps I've asked to do it mess it up and I'd rather just make sure it gets done right. DPS can zone while I take care of it, nbd. While Conv doesn't do anything for the raid, Conv+TOB is still a pretty nice combo for deliverance tanking - though I've mainly only been using it v2s since the tanking phases are rather long. For v1 and v3 I can probably do without.
As we start moving to more aggressive runs I see more value in both tanks taking reprisal. It's a bit like like trying to break habits though lol
Provoke: Duh
Rampart: Duh
Conv: Only other worthwhile CD in the set. Superb in dungeons. Still solid in raids.
Reprisal: The only raid utility war has. Better bring it in 8man.
5th Flex: Awareness/Shirk. Awareness for all dungeons. Shirk for all 8mans. Exception being O3s as MT. Let OT shirk you and use awareness.
Sure you could drop reprisal in a 4man, but who cares. Its a stupid dungeon that tickles no matter what you use. Swapping reprisal to anticipation isn't gonna make a difference.
You can run the entire game with Ramp/Voke/Conv/Reprisal for every single instance. 5th slot flex with Awareness for 4man/O3s MT and Shirk for all 8mans sans O3s MT.

Okay, this might sound unconventional, but I actually don't take provoke during dungeons for the same reason you don't take Ultimatum.
In dungeons I run: Rampart, Low BLow (I like stunning some things), Convalescence (to pair with ToB), Reprisal and Awareness (Pairs with RI).
People above me covered the 8 man choices really well, but here's my input anyways. In 8 mans:
I look at Low Blow, Awareness and Convalescence in that order to replace with things depending on the fight. Stuns don't work on bosses. Provoke and Shirk are my favorites.
