The WS itself is one of GLA highest damage WS, I think that's why SE didn't add enmity properties to the combo. But if you couple it with blindside when you lose hate, it can give you more enmity than Provoke, depending on what you're fighting.

As for you're suggestion, I'm kind of on the fence about it. I see the good and bad. When doing straight tank and spank fights like Ifrit, it can be very beneficial since the target is stationary for the most part. But in fights like Moogle where mobs are constantly on the move or changing targets, getting WS off in the right position can be, at times, annoying and time consuming. Missing a WS due to target change or movement will mess up the combo so I'm wondering what's more efficient? Getting that HP drain from you're last WS or just healing yourself with Cure or Second Wind?

Either way, I think it's an intriguing idea and you're right, we're still in the early stages of combos and who knows what direction SE will take it.
