Question to WARs with BiS

I'm reviving this thread with two builds I've settled on:

Max Det Build:

2148 STR, 1140 DH, 1000 Crit, 1756 Det, 952 SkS (2.41 gcd), 1119 Ten
(some of my accessories have Det V's in place of DH V's, I couldn't be bothered to spend 50k gil for 5% chance to meld on some of those final slots.)

2148 STR, 1140 DH, 1550 Crit, 1225 Det, 1032 SkS (2.39 gcd), 1010 Ten

My crit build hits the 1032 SkS breakpoint exactly, knocking the global down to 2.39
The crit build actually shifts 19 points of substats from from TEN into Crit/DET, as well as 80 substat points of TEN into SkS to meet the next breakpoint. In theory, the higher crit build should be better in running it in the current speed run meta (Litany, Chain, bardsongs).
