Hiding Tooltips whenever you please.

I would really like to see some better tooltip options, specifically to hide them when you want them to be hidden and to show when you wan't them to show.

I already have the tooltips appear in a fixed position, but to have them pop up during combat is really distracting to me. And I don't want to manually turn on/off my tooltips every time I want to hide or see them. Plus if I turn them off entirely, I won't see them anywhere at all, which is not what I want either.

So, I would really like to be able to select in the settings, when I can or can't see them. And this would apply to any type of tooltip. So for items, skills, etc. So I made a list of some possible options:

Hide tooltips in combat: This would automatically hide any tooltips when in combat. Out of combat they will automatically turn back to show up when you hover a skill or item.

Hide hotbar tooltips: Basically what it says. Any tooltips that would appear by hovering any of the icons placed in your hotbars, would be hidden. But if these icons are approached via elsewhere, say a menu, they would still show up. (These are actually the tooltips I personally would like to see hidden by choice)

Hide tooltips for X amount of seconds when selected: This basically allows you to set a timer for the amount of seconds it takes for your tooltips to show up when you hover something. X being any amount of seconds you'd like to put in there.

It's all options I feel should be doable to implement (just pick whichever one fits best with how the game is designed/coded). And if some of them are present already, please let me know where to find them, because I've looked everywhere.

Yeah, I really like this idea. Specifically, being able to hide tooltips in combat would be nice.
