    SE needs to take a stance NOW on housing resale. The same thing happened on Christmas when demolition was in effect.

    Less people looking to Flip housing for Gil is less senseless competition.

    This right here ^ Happened on Balmung also. Patch dropped, 3 disconnects from lobby server, 1000+ Que, only to get in and all houses sold within 5 mins. Look at party finder and there people selling them for upwards of 75-100mil+
