Can we please have more wards? All of these will sell out in 5 minutes and then we'll be back to where we started. There's too many people who simply have no access to housing whatsoever because of the shortage compared to the population.

One thing that I didn't see addressed (and sorry if it was brought up in the thread, it's been a long day) was a situation where I have the necessary FC permissions to buy/relocate my FC's house, but also own a personal estate. I imagine that in that case, I'll receive a prompt which of those I want to transfer? Or am I blocked from it outright because I already own a house?

Is relocation only for FCs and not personal houses?

* Only free company members who have been granted authority to purchase and relinquish land can relocate company estates.

Starting in patch 4.1, players will be able to purchase an estate in the residential district of Shirogane. A new relocation feature will also be introduced, allowing players to move their private or free company estate to another district.

It said it at the very beginning so yes, you'll be able to relocate your personal at the same time.
