    Palace of the Dead question!

    hey guys, I'm level 54 on Samurai, so yes I got through Copper Hell on level 17, I have all the requirements but whenever I go to the NPC he doesn't have the quest for Palace of the Dead. My friend doesn't see the quest either. So I'm wondering if anyone knows what's up with that?

    The NPC in Gridania's Adventurer's Guild? Or the NPC in Quarrymill? Because once you meet those requirements the Gridania NPC should have the quest that starts the unlock.
