Actually we don't need all these servers and we don't need a English server on a Japanese data server. If you are not able to communicate with the people there, then don't play there.
Oceanic players are asking for a dedicated English server on the server which provide the best ping. JP players asking for a JP server on the NA data-centre is nonsensical because it'd be an increase in ping. I'm sorry if this doesn't make sense to you.
