Can You Play On Your PS4 The Same Character From Your PC?

I have a PS4 and I am also planning to visit Japan sometime, however, Can I use my PC's Character to join people online when I am over there? As I would love to play when I do go over to Japan. Also What is the ping like in Japan, As I am from Australia.

Yes, you can but, your gearsets, system and character settings, UI, and hotbar data will not transfer. You will have to set all of that again. You will also need to have Ps4 versions of the expansions to do the expansion content.

Use an authenticator, since SE considers logging in from different devices to be suspicious behavior.

As mentioned, you need to purchase the game (and expansion if applicable) for PS4 in order to play. You can register with the same account and use the same characters, but as of right now (presumably), the system only recognizes that you have a license to play on PC.

And as for the ping, assuming you play on Japan servers in Australia, the ping is bound to be much lower in Japan itself.
