Wich is very silly.
I just checked and Ultimate Pay is works even for Vietnam, then why do they dontlet us use it? Thats just LOL
Basically, the only way to pay the game for someone outside US and Japan of paying the game w/o Click&Die is to register in those countries and then manage the rest with help of Paypal or other companies accepted by Ultimate Pay.
What is wrong with SE?
Ultimate Pay is accepted even in my shitty country and they dont allow us to use it
I know i repeat over and over again the problems with C&B but its been a year and I can't believe they want to start charging for a service thats completely incomplete
They are kind of making it harder and harder to play the game when they need the players the most
The payment methods are as archaic since the beginning with no mayor improvements

I myself just added the crysta but i'm worry about the overall players who can't pay for it.
