Click and Buy and Crysta? Garbage, SE

Are you registered as living in Argentina in your Account, cuz i'm from Chile and i only have Click and buy shit...doesnt let me buy Crysta...and it shouldnt be so different Chile from Argentina!

Seems like she registered in other country, because i don't get that option and neither do other Linkshell mates from Argentina

How can this game payment method be so limitated for some countries?
Is it too much to ask for Ultimate Pay to be available in South America?
We have a lot of problems with Click & Buy (also known as Click&Die)!!

I just went to gamestop and bought two $20 Ultimate Gamer Cards and took only 5 minutes to convert them into Crysta using UltimatePay.

Don't really like giving out my bank information. Although, I know pay pal is mostly fine, it's just a little more comforting to just keep that to myself as much as I can.

Just wanted to throw in my experience..

Trying to use Click&Buy from the US flagged and locked my account for fraud due to "abnormal buying habits." I just spent the better part of an hour on a series of phone calls being transferred around attempting to get it unlocked. To sweeten the deal Click&Buy also charged $2.40 (which went through before my account was locked) and I'm not even sure what that charge is nor was I informed about it and I have no idea if it will be refunded.

I should have known better when months ago it did the same thing just *setting up* the Click&Buy account, let alone actually paying for Crysta.

Please, please, please... let us see a completely new billing system before the release of 2.0

Didn't read through the entire thread, forgive me. However, I think the payment method is seriously lacking. C&B is sketchy and I don't see the point of having to go through X service to get X service to pay for X service...just silly. SE, if you want to really get people to play once 2.0 goes live, I beg of you to please have a better payment system, preferably one that goes directly to your accounts and that isn't a convoluted type payment system.

You may have a great game at 2.0, but if trying to sign up for service is a huge pain, then I'm afraid that you may drive off new and returning players. Thanks.

I went and bought a gift card, clicked on how much crysta I wanted, put in code, BAM I was done.

Who cares if I loose a penny or two a month, it's still there and its mine and I'll use it at some point.

I would like to have a direct payment as well, but honestly Crysta isn't THAT bad...

Yeah, this click and buy is probably under contract and they cannot drop them til it is up. I really hope they didn't sign on for too long because this isn't really going to fly for a lot of people.

Click and Buy tends to verify accounts by taking a few dollars and some cents sort of like how pay pal verifies (or used to?) checking accounts and not give it back. LS mate was just telling me this happened to him setting his click and buy up a while ago. They still haven't given him his three bucks back.

It's just way more easy going out and buying gamer cards and going through Ultimate.

Yeah. If I had a gamestop or anyplace to buy those cards I would. The problem is they only exist in the few countries with good-average payment methods.
And for those stuck with Click and Buy? Nothing
No cards, no Ultimate Pay....Just CLICK & DIE
For all the money (because of the badly optimized graphics) and time (because is not really made for casual players, is it?) we invest to play this game, SE should offer better payment methods.
Its frustrating after investing huge amounts of money we can't pay 10-12 dollars to SE because of their silly payment system

We know this, and no one here is denying that, in fact many have said it. What many here (myself including) was saying, was calling the OP out on their old out of date info.

SE does need to give more options for everyone, but for the two main countries (and yes its true, but hey even I don't like it) Japan and US, their are options that are usable till direct pay or something else is added, hell even the US is still getting the short stick on that end, Japan is the only country that has direct pay for FFXIV.
