There is a npc family in Gold Saucer with two sisters (a lala and a hyur) fighting over a hide and seek game. Their father, a seawolf, says they won't win the Durai Memorial if they keep arguinh like that.

Do you think this event would have any relation with the events from the new raid? I remember Rabanastre was namedroped in an interview during the early days so maybe it could be a shout out.

I'm asking because, the way Arazram told his wish to clean his family's name made me think they were shunned then why hold a memorial in memory of said family?

The Durai Memorial has been one of the 4 rotating card tournaments from the very start, and that family arguing about how to cheat at triad has been there for probly just as long. So im not sure if these are directly related to anything new.
