    Definitely the Leveling Roulette for the daily bonus, followed by a lv 50 roulette if you can and want a dungeon where you know you can get away with double or triple pulls (because hurrah for gear, aoes, and the possibility of a competent healer). Once those are out of the way, do dungeons your level.

    everybody says to do all the roulettes but only Leveling roulette the one time that you get the daily bonus gives comparable XP to just doing the highest level dungeon. 50/60 is substantially less, if you don't need tomes to buy Lv 60 gear you can skip that and run another dungeon instead.

    Fates are pretty good right now. I've gotten 8 levels on my paladin finishing off where I was with the Yokai event with the return of it. You can also weave in some PotD for something different to do around dungeons.
