Bond previously annulled, DO NOT possess an Eternity ring, cannot complete ceremony

I am reposting this because it is NOT working as intended. My bond was annulled almost a year ago, I DO NOT possess an Eternity Ring, but I cannot undergo another Ceremony because it tells me I need to annul my current bond.

Housing:
Steps:
1. Talk to Sanctum Acolyte
2. Acolyte tell me I need to annul my current bond even tho it already is.
3. Search my retainer and every inventory slot possible
4. I DO NOT POSSESS AN ETERNITY RING
5. Unable to annul bond without Eternity Ring
6. Unable to complete ceremony without annulling
8. Unable to move past this.

Just to reiterate, so it doesn't get move again;
My bond is ALREADY annulled. The sanctum acolyte doesn't recognize that it was, and keeps telling my to annul it. I DO NOT possess an Eternity Ring, there for I cannot reannul my bond. This is NOT as it should be. If my bond is annulled previously, as it was, then I should be able to undergo another Ceremony. Please help
